I made my booking and had it confirmed via email. I paid a $50 deposit.
At the appointed time, no-one showed up. I was quite concerned as I had a plane to catch, so I rang after 15 minutes. I was told the time had changed. I pointed out no-one had told me, and I had the booking confirmed in writing.
The person became very aggressive and abusive, and threatened me. Told me the guy who was coming late "wasn't the type of person to take any nonsense, so you'd better be careful." I cancelled via text and received an aggressive and insulting text back.
Which one of the 70 sub contractors are u referring too? This comment does sound credible. What is your name and address and mobile number and we are happy to discuss your concerns.

Really bad customer service! three days of phones calls & "I'll get someone to call you" with no response.
Ipswich branch are hopeless & basically no existent. Will never try to use again and will pass on to others not to bother trying to use them as they are basically not operational.
You will find him at 34 outrim st Lota , He has a 10 foot fence and 3 dogs , the house has no frnt door. as he is dodging everyone.

Woman requested 1 man, but it was a 2 man job. Woman was refunded a full deposit. We lost money, but she has not stated this.

Man and Ute quoted $180 for a pick up and delivery job. Howevern on the day of the job they revised the quote and jacked it up to $390 saying that "2 men required to perform the job".
However only 1 man arrived accompanied by his a girl (who sat texting in the car) and they were 5 hours late : the advised pickup time was 10am, actual pickup time 3pm, which totally messed up our day as we planned everything around the scheduled time.
The delivery person was very nice, and the job well done in the end, but the Man and Ute coordination was poor and I felt ripped off.
